Do you have trouble finding the motivation to stay on track with exercise?
If so one thing you can do is to dig deep into your why.
I want to be around for a long time for them.
I want to be able to run, jump, crawl, climb, throw, wrestle, etc with them as much as they want.
I want to be around to do those things with their kids.
I want to be able to play golf as often as I want for as long as I can.
I want to be able to compete on the course.
I want to be able to stay active hiking, building, yard work, traveling etc without limitations.
My mental health
More times than not the sole goal of my workouts is for my mental health.
I struggle with anxiety and stress management and getting in the gym and being active is a key component to managing those.
I want to be the best man, father, and coach/PT that I can be, and staying consistent with my nutrition and fitness is key.
Peel back those layers and figure out what your whys are and anytime you don't feel like doing it remind yourself of those.
