PERSONAL TRAINING

Along with our Sports Performance coaching we also offer one on one and small group training for all of your fitness needs. We offer training for:

  • Weight Loss
  • Muscle Building
  • Improved Strength and Function
  • Or Just Simply Looking and Feeling Better

We also offer post rehab training to continue to help get you back to you desired activities once your physical therapy and rehab is through.

This process involves a 1 hour evaluation and movement screen in which a personalized program will be designed based on each person’s findings, goals and needs. This process involves hands on coaching, program design, education on nutrition, sleep habits, and recovery all geared towards your individual goals. See below for pricing.

We can also offer customized plans that fit each individual’s needs and goals. Call for more details. We are available by appointment only Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We offer training out of Tchefuncta Country Club for members only as well as Anytime Fitness on Hwy 59 in Mandeville but you must have an Anytime Fitness membership to have access these services as well.
