These are listed in no particular order

I borrowed some from the great Dan John

1. Jump High. Sprint Fast. Throw Hard (find a variation that works for you) 2. Move your body through a full range of motion and get up and down off the ground daily 3. Pick up Heavy things. Press heavy things over your head, Carry Heavy things (again find a variation that works for you) 4. Spend time swinging as fast as you can (Both with and without a ball) 5. Prioritize Sleep. Eat Protein, fruits, and veggies. Drink water. Don't smoke. Floss and brush your teeth (Don't skip these) 6. Walk every day (Great for mental and physical well being) 7. Build more positive social relationships and get rid of toxic ones (Easier said than done, I know) 8. Manage mental health and stress (meditate, pray, read, journal etc.) 9. Laugh every day 10. Give back. Make a difference. Leave every situation you enter better than when you got there

What would you add to this list?
